The Owner processes the Users' Personal Data by adopting appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of the Personal Data. Purpose of the Processing of Collected Data
The User's Data is collected to allow the Owner to respond to requests sent via the form.
The only personal data we become aware of through the portal https://www. are those collected from the contact form at the contacts. link. The personal information provided to us by filling out the form is not recorded in the database but forwarded to an email address received by our staff in charge of processing.
The information received is managed for the sole purpose of responding to requests sent to us voluntarily. We do not manage and do not respond to requests regarding health status, sexual life and in general any sensitive data.
We have published personal and curricular data of our authors and our staff following agreement with the interested parties.
With regards to information tracked through cookies by third parties, the services offered by:

VISITOR RIGHTS

The visitor can exercise the rights provided for by the art. towards the site manager. 7 of the Code with reference to the data requested by the manager itself and provided by the user.
In particular, the interested party always has the right, if he no longer intends to participate in the activities of the site, to obtain the updating or deletion of the comments entered.

LEGISLATIVE DECREE N.196/2003: ART. 7 - RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identification details of the owner, managers and representative designated pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representatives in the territory of the State, managers or agents.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this requirement is proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

The new regulation in art. 77 states: "Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial appeal, the interested party who believes that the processing concerning him or her violates this regulation has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which he or she habitually resides, works or the place where the alleged violation occurred."
